General Principles:
1. Use the arrow keys (or mouse) to move around the screen.
2. Press Enter (or left mouse button) to enter the highlighted field
and Esc (or right mouse button) to exit the field.
3. Once in a field, right & left arrows move within field. If a
field has more than one line, up & down arrows also move within
the field. For single line fields, up/down moves you to the
previous/next field.
4. Use F10 key to display the menu to save & print etc.
